Proof of vaccinations For the health and safety of our pet-sitters we require that all pets have the necessary vaccinations and immunizations before service begins. We may ask to see expiration dates for rabies vaccinations.

Additional Animals & Care We all want our pets to have all the love and attention they need and deserve. Please note that Pet Care FURever will charge an amount based on the additional time the sitter needs to adequately care for each animal. The amount will be prorated and based on your contracted rate per visit. Please inquire about pricing for more than four animals.

 

Cleaning pet messes Pet Care FURever will clean up after your pets to the best of our ability. Please inform us of the designated area for the appropriate cleaning supplies. If there are accidents above and beyond the normal amount anticipated, Pet Care FURever will charge a reasonable fee for clean up time. The amount will be prorated and based on your contracted rate per visit.

Inclement weather policy For the safety of our pet-sitters, Pet Care FURever will follow the Federal Government closing policy during inclement weather. We request that our clients contact Pet Care FURever to cancel or check availability by 9:00am. In the event of inclement weather, Pet Care FURever has requested on your contract the name and phone number of a person living nearby. If Pet Care FURever is physically unable to reach your home due to impassable roads, please provide us with this information so that we can contact this person to request assistance. Your pets’ health and well-being is our utmost concern and we will contact you as soon as possible to keep you informed of these events. Clients requesting service on severe/inclement snow days will be charged an additional $10 per visit. The surcharge will go directly to the sitter who is going out in dangerous conditions.

FURever highly respects our clients’ entrusting us with the care of their home and their loving

pets. We do recommend that you inform a trusted neighbor that while you are away, Pet Care

FURever will be caring for your pets and your home.
